World Ducati Week is postponed until 2022

With a Facebook post, Ducati announces the postponement of its traditional celebration together with the world’s ducatisti

Just as we’re finally enjoying a little "normality", here comes another postponement. Having delayed the 2020 edition until this year, Ducati now confirms that World Ducati Week will be put back another year, the world’s ducatisti forced to wait until 2022 in order to celebrate the Borgo Panigale manufacturer and its successes.

With a post on its Facebook page, Ducati states that it did all it could to move forward with the event as planned but that, at the same time, “it would not be possible to ensure the necessary serenity and safety" required of the event.

In times like these, and with the pandemic still ongoing, the decision to postpone until next year is perfectly understandable. We only hope that, by then, we are back to something approaching normality.

Official confirmation

World Ducati Week is a celebration for all Ducatisti. Thousands come from all over the world to meet on the Romagnola Riviera and celebrate and share their great passion for Ducati.

We really hoped to be able to organise the event for July 2021, but the reality is that, as things stand, it would not be possible to ensure the necessary serenity and safety to conduct the kind of party we want to offer the fans. And so for this reason, we have reluctantly decided to postpone this year’s World Ducati Week until 2022, when we will able to celebrate together properly.

We will do all we can to ensure the next edition is even more memorable and engaging. Because a party can be postponed, but passion never fades!” reads the message shared by Ducati.
