UK WorldSBK: Van Der Mark “infiltrates” the Yamaha party

A nice scene between the Pata Yamaha and BMW Motorrad teams in which Michael Van Der Mark takes centre stage. The Dutchman is now a BMW rider but was part of Paul Denning’s squad until last year. The rider infiltrated the Yamaha garage to celebrate the result of his former team-mate Razgatlioglu.

The episode was documented by the Yamaha team itself, with a photo posted on the team’s social media channels that portrays the Dutchman as the party’s “gatecrasher”, with a caption reading: “Calling the BMW Motorrad team, your rider Michael Van Der Mark is lost”.
